How does Bilzo actually work?
Bilzo plugs into your POS - online, in-store, or both - and turns every sale into a digital receipt sent over WhatsApp, SMS, or RCS. That one receipt carries loyalty points, a coupon, a feedback request, and campaign triggers with it. No app for your customer to install, no extra step for your cashier.

I already send bills by SMS or email from my POS - do I still need Bilzo?
That's a good first step toward paperless receipts, but it stops at delivery. Bilzo turns that same receipt into an ongoing, synced channel - loyalty, coupons, feedback, and auto campaigns all riding on it, kept in sync whether the sale happened online or in-store.
How much does Bilzo cost?
Standard plan is ₹0.35 per receipt sent - pay for what you use. First 100 receipts are free, no credit card required. Higher-volume or multi-brand setups can get a custom Enterprise quote - just reach out.

How can I get Bilzo for free?
Refer a store that converts and we credit you the equivalent of their first recharge. Keep referring, keep offsetting your bill.

Does a customer need to download an app to get a bill from Bilzo?
No. Customers don't need to know Bilzo exists until they're at the counter, and no app is required to receive a receipt. If they do install the app, they get every past bill in one place.
If I switch to Bilzo, can I still hand out paper bills when asked?
Yes - Bilzo is an alternative, not a forced replacement, at least for now. Think Cash vs. Digital Payments: having Bilzo doesn't remove your ability to print a receipt, we just wouldn't recommend it as the default.
Does a customer have to share their phone number to get a bill?
The first time, yes - that's what creates their profile and assigns a six-digit code they can use instead of their number on future visits. We never require the Bilzo app itself; think of it as insurance you have on hand when you need it.
Does Bilzo share customer data with anyone?
No. Customer data collected through Bilzo is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
