I have SMS/Email integration in my POS, do I still need Bilzo?
Yes you do. By sending bills by SMS/Email you have taken a great first step towards paperless receipts, but the idea fails here. The idea to do Smart Receipts to have a continuous engagement channel available at all times with your customers.

How much money will I save if I get Bilzo?

How does it work?
Bilzo has 2 modes, Default and Custom. In Default mode we install a small software in your system which allows you to disburse e-receipts without any effort. The Custom method is the API integration where we will integrate with your PoS to allow you send digital receipts natively. Both methods have their pros and cons

We charge you on a per month, per store basis. In this plan you can do unlimited number of bills
How can I get Bilzo for free?
Great question, for every store you refer and they convert, we give you the equal amount of their first recharge, so keep referring and never pay.

Currently Bilzo is live in 100+ brands and 200+ physical stores, with many more to be added soon.
Does a user need to download an app to get bills in Bilzo?
Definitely not. A user does not even have to know anything about Bilzo till the moment he comes to the billing counter. But if they download they can see all bills in one place
What if I have Bilzo in POS and somebody asks for paper bills?
Good question! Bilzo is supposed to be an alternative and not a replacement (at least for now), kind of like Cash and Digital Payments. Just because you have Bilzo you will not lose the ability to print receipts. Although we don't encourage it. It's fine to start with.
As a customer, do I have to share my number to get a bill in Bilzo app?
Well technically yes and no. We never insist our customer to download our App, We consider Bilzo as insurance you will have it when you need it. Otherwise it’s not needed. So the first time we prefer you share your number, post which a profile will be created for you and a six digit unique code will be assigned to you, which you can share instead of your phone number and get the bill in your Bilzo App.
Does Bilzo share customer data with anyone?
Absolutely not. We believe in the philosophy of “Treat others as you want to be treated”. We would personally hate if someone did that to us, so it’s our motto to not do that.
